- Leadership Training Camp 2004 -
I am back ~! Finally ... after 3 days 2 nights of Leadership Training Camp 2004 @MOE May Adventure Camp Site ..... dun noe nowadays I so weak sia ( I suspect must be missing of several gym sessions ... wahaha ) ... fell sick during the 2nd day of camp and struggled to be my normal for da rest of the camp man ... I really hate the feeling of being sick man ... it sux !!! Flu + Fever + Sore Throat = Hell Of A Time ~!~! When I got home last night , I was simply too sick to unpack my staff and bathe and I just knock out on my beloved bed .... wahaha ~! I remember my fever did not subside but instead become worse as the night passed and my poor dad had to take his day off from work so that he can take care of me ... I remember he woke me up 2 times and asked me to take medicine before I went back to sleep again .... wahaha ~! Thanks DAD ... you are da best ~!~!

Leadership Training Camp 2004
Started planning for this camp from April onwards and we have never looked back since man...From choosing of the committee members to finalizing proposals to executing the actual camp , it may seems long but a blink of eye and we have actually finished the camp liaoz....wahaha ~! Time flies man .... this year's camp is abit different from last year .... last year the bonding between everyone was so close that everyone was so happy working with each other ... but this year its abit different man ... instead "Departmentalized" will be the word to describe this year's camp , everyone seems to be very 'glued' to their department as even during meals everyone will be sitted with their departments .... even for sleeping arrangements , Dunmanites one room ex-Dunmanites another room .... also dun noe y sia ... its kinda of like automatic one sia ... wahaha ~! Maybe our magnets were mal-functioning this year ba ... that's why we were not so close together .... wahaha ~! Though we were all not that closed , everyone did a very good job on their part . The F&B department make sure that everyone in the camp is well-fed while the Rockwall / Elements department make sure that the trainees gain self confidence with the high elements and rockwall . The General Activities department did a superb job in making sure that the trainees bond well together with Ice-Breakers which draws fun and laughter to them . This year's camp fire preparation by the trainees was a big success man all thanks to leadership of the G.A department man ..... 2 thumbs up ~! This year's Orienteering was abit different from past years as trainees had to walk from the camp site back to Dunman Secondary with the help of some bus rides and all thanks to Jiang Li & his ka kias , everything went smoothly ~! Not to forget , Campcraft & Logistics department who did a great job in making sure that each department gets the equipment they needed and making sure the campfire keeps on burning til the end . LAstly , the FAs did a superb job in encouraging & motivating the trainees . You guys did a marvellous job for making this camp a big succcess .... Thumbs up !~

For this year , I was appointed Deputy Camp Chief together with Sherman to assist our Camp Chief , WeiXin in making sure the camp runs smoothly . Learnt alot from both of them during these few months and its my pleasure & honour to be able to work with both of them .... Thank you so much guys ~!~!

Alot of ppl asked me this question "Go back Dunman for what ? Got money one ?" ... Wahaha ~! Well , sometimes not everything can be bought using money you know ... all the experiences and friends I have made during the camps are all PRICELESS man !!! Sometimes I felt that I owe alot of things to Dunman man ... all the chances that Mr Bernard have given to me to lead the school in Peer Support , Peer Mediator and other areas despite my rebellious behaviour in Dunman ... So I felt that it's my duty to repay them back after I have graduated ~! I must really thank WeiXin for giving me this chance to prove my worth to the school as she was the one who pull me in to LTC 3 years ago ... If not for her , I would not be who I am now ... Thanks ~! So now it will be a 2 year absence for me in LTC and I hope that fresh blood will replace those who are leaving to lead LTC to a new dimension !!! Well , as long as Dunman needs my service one day , I will be there for them !!!!

Wahhh...my schedule so packed man !! One day after my camp finishes , I gotta attend my bro's birthday chalet at Tenah Merah .... Here I come Kelvin ~!~!
